At Comlink, customer satisfaction is our priority. We apply the following policy to facilitate your return and exchange processes.

Important: Return and exchange processes are carried out within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502).
Return Period
  • You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product
  • For return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Invoice and warranty certificate must be sent with the return
Returnable Products

Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:

  • The product must be unused
  • Original packaging and labels must be undamaged
  • Accessories and all parts must be complete
  • Invoice, warranty certificate and user manual must be included
  • The product must be in saleable condition
Non-Returnable Products

Product returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with opened or damaged packaging
  • Products with missing parts or accessories
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products
  • Campaign products (subject to campaign conditions)
Return Process
  1. Return Request: Submit a return request via our contact page or by calling our customer service
  2. Return Approval: Your request will be evaluated and you will be sent a return code and cargo address
  3. Packing the Product: Package the product carefully with its original packaging
  4. Shipping: Give the product to our contracted cargo company (shipping cost covered by us)
  5. Inspection: The product will be inspected within 3-5 business days after it reaches us
  6. Refund: After the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund

The price of returned products will be refunded according to your payment method:

  • Credit Card: Refunded to your payment card (7-10 business days)
  • Bank Transfer/EFT: Refunded to the account you specify (3-5 business days)
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your bank account via EFT
Product Exchange

If you want to exchange the product for a different one instead of returning it:

  • Follow the return procedure
  • You can create a separate order for the new product
  • If there is a price difference, the difference will be paid by you or refunded to you
Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrived damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days
  • Take photos of the product
  • Contact our customer service
  • The product will be replaced or repaired free of charge
  • Shipping cost for defective products is covered by us
Warranty Coverage

Malfunctions that occur in products are evaluated within the warranty scope. Products under warranty cannot be returned and must be sent to an authorized service center.

  • Warranty period: 2 years
  • Malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge
  • Malfunctions caused by user error are not covered by warranty
Shipping Cost
  • Exercise of right of withdrawal: Shipping cost for the first return belongs to the customer
  • Damaged/Defective product: Shipping cost covered by us
  • Wrong product shipment: Shipping cost covered by us
