Delivery Times
- In-stock products: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation
- Shipping delivery time: After shipping, it will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days
- Out-of-stock products: You will be informed about the supply time by our customer representative
- Public holidays: No cargo deliveries are made on public holidays
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee varies depending on the product size, weight, and delivery address.
- Free shipping is available for purchases above a certain amount (varies according to campaign periods)
- Special shipping fees may apply for heavy and bulky products
- Shipping fee is calculated and displayed on the cart page
Cargo Companies
Comlink works with reliable cargo companies to ensure your products are transported safely. Our main cargo companies include:
- Aras Cargo
- Yurtiçi Cargo
- MNG Cargo
- PTT Cargo
Cargo Tracking
After your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS. You can track the status of your shipment on the cargo company's website using this number.
Delivery Address
- You can specify home, office, or any other address as the delivery address
- It is important that the address information is complete and accurate
- Please ensure your phone number is up to date (the cargo officer must be able to reach you)
- You must be present at your address during delivery
Things to Consider When Receiving
- Check the cargo package: Check if the package is dented, torn, or damaged
- Do not accept damaged packages: If the package is damaged, ask the cargo officer to make a record and do not accept the package
- Opening inspection: You can open the package and check its contents in the presence of the cargo officer
- Invoice and warranty certificate: Make sure the invoice and warranty certificate are in the package
What Happens If Delivery Cannot Be Made?
If the product cannot be delivered to you because you are not at the delivery address:
- The cargo company will contact you via SMS/phone to arrange a new delivery date
- Usually 3 attempts are made
- Cargo that cannot be delivered after 3 attempts can be picked up from the branch or will be returned to us
- Cargo tracking number and ID are required to pick up from the cargo branch
